As the client you have to be confident that I can perform at the highest level when helping you sell or buy and just as important, that you trust me with all aspects of the process . As we might be working together in the future, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am 35 years old and have lived in the local area most of my life. I started real estate in 1999 with O’Rourke Realty Investments and I haven't looked back since. In that time I have sold in excess of 350 properties and achieved yearly awards through REIWA and LANDLINK AUSTRALIA. I have also grown with education and experience in that time and have bought 4 of my own properties, all of which I still own today. I am currently studying for my diploma to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent, which will open up a large number of possibilities for me in the future. I came to Perth when I was 13 and it was the best decision my parents ever made for my brother & I. After year 12 I started an apprenticeship as a printer and 5 years later with a taste for sales, I decided to give real estate a go at the ripe old age of 24. Most people I know and meet, describe me as a genuine, honest and easygoing person and I pride myself in always communicating all aspects with my clients. This is just a snippet of who I am, but I can’t tell you everything or else you wont have anything else to ask me.
