Rory O'Rourke, a licensed Real Estate Agent, is a Commissioner for Declarations. He is a former District Governor and now a life member of Apex. He and his wife Robyn are partners in O'Rourke Realty Investments. They have 2 adult sons. O'Rourke Realty is a family business, a partnership between Rory and his wife Robyn. His son, Jarrad is the Sales Manager and a registered Real Estate Agent in his own right. Dean, his older son is a registered builder who is the Construction Manager of a major project builder in Perth.
Rory, the Principal/Licensee, has been in Real Estate/Building/Development and a specialist in Negative Gearing for 30 years.
In 1962, Rory commenced work with a building company, while at the same time, studying accountancy, specialising in tax minimization.
Travelling interstate, he has lectured in all states of Australia, specializing on tax minimization through Real Estate. He has shown thousands of people how to increase their wealth.
